Everything you need in one box: a hand-hammered Wuhan Chau gong, the Wuhan WU322 floor stand rated to hold it, and a mallet. No guesswork about whether the stand fits — each size in this listing is matched to a stand that takes it.

The Chau, or tam-tam, is the classic gong voice. A soft stroke draws out a deep fundamental that blooms slowly into a shimmering wash; a firm strike opens into a full, room-filling crash. Each gong starts as a bronze casting and is hand-hammered out to its finished diameter in Wuhan, China.
