Our showrooms are open by appointment only. Click on the Book Appointment button above to schedule a 1 hour private gong selection slot.
Due to many recent no shows in Los Angeles, we've had to reinstate a $75 Appointment Fee. This fee is 100% refundable as long as you show up for your appointment or can be credited towards a purchase.
If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance via phone 415-626-4606 or email ric@thegongshop.com, otherwise your appointment fee is non-refundable.
Please Note: Appointment times are Pacific Standard Time (PST) which is the local San Francisco and Los Angeles time zone.

- This 1 hour gong selection time is just for you. You’ll be the only customer in the showroom during your appointment and have 100s of gongs to choose from.
- San Francisco appointments on Saturdays must be booked 24 hours in advance.
- NOTE: All the gongs listed on our website are not necessarily displayed in our showrooms. If you have a specific gong you're interested in, please email before setting up your appointment.
After booking, we will email/text you a confirmation.
