Shipping & Returns
Shipping. Orders placed before 1pm PST on weekdays usually ship the same day — UPS Ground within the US, FedEx/DHL/UPS internationally (international duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility). Every gong is packed by the same people who selected it.
Returns. Unplayed items in original condition may be returned within 30 days (return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility; sale items and gongs played with friction mallets are final sale). Not sure it’s the right gong? Listen to our recorded audio samples, call us, or visit a showroom before you order — matching people with the right gong is what we do.
The Meinl Sonic Energy Three Tone Energy Chimes deliver a complete triad (three notes played together) from a single strike, producing rich harmonic chords instead of a single tone. Each chime features three precisely-tuned aluminum bars mounted on a wooden base, hand-crafted in Germany.
Choose between 432 Hz (natural pitch, favored in sound healing) or 440 Hz (international concert pitch) tuning, and from four classic chord shapes: Minor, Diminished, and two Major triads.
Chord Guide:
- A Minor (432 Hz) — A6 / C7 / E7. Introspective, contemplative — the natural-minor chord rooted in A.
- G# Diminished (432 Hz) — G#6 / B6 / D7. Unsettled, transitional — the diminished triad creates tension and longing, useful for soundscapes that resolve elsewhere.
- C Major (440 Hz) — C6 / E6 / G6. The most fundamental major chord — bright, open, grounding.
- E Major (440 Hz) — E6 / G#6 / B6. Brilliant, uplifting — a higher-set major chord with cutting clarity.

USA Shipping
Orders usually ship Same Day when ordered before 1pm PST. However, shipping time can range between 24-48 hours of purchase, depending on the size of the order and stock quantity.
We use UPS Ground for orders in the US 48 contiguous states and ship M-F.
International Orders
We use Fedex, DHL, and UPS for International Orders, depending on which carrier has the most economical rates.
NOTE: our shipping prices for International Orders DO NOT include any duty or customs / brokerage fees the recipient country or the shipping carrier may charge.
