Shipping & Returns
Shipping. Orders placed before 1pm PST on weekdays usually ship the same day — UPS Ground within the US, FedEx/DHL/UPS internationally (international duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility). Every gong is packed by the same people who selected it.
Returns. Unplayed items in original condition may be returned within 30 days (return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility; sale items and gongs played with friction mallets are final sale). The Dragonfly Mike Tamburo Double-Ended gong mallet is the ultimate two-in-one tool from the Mike Tamburo Series. This unique Dragonfly gong mallet features two distinctly different but well-balanced rubber cores — one on each end of a lightweight carbon fiber handle. The ball-shaped core is wrapped in thick felt and minky purple fleece, while the egg-shaped end is wrapped in soft felt, foam, and sherpa — identical in construction to the popular Dragonfly BabyBucket mallet, but finished in purple.
Use either head independently or combine both for creative playing techniques. The Dragonfly Mike Tamburo Double-Ended gong mallet excels at single-handed rolls, the Sasquatch scratch, and any adventurous gong exploration where versatility is key.

USA Shipping
Orders usually ship Same Day when ordered before 1pm PST. However, shipping time can range between 24-48 hours of purchase, depending on the size of the order and stock quantity.
We use UPS Ground for orders in the US 48 contiguous states and ship M-F.
International Orders
We use Fedex, DHL, and UPS for International Orders, depending on which carrier has the most economical rates.
