Shipping & Returns
Shipping. Orders placed before 1pm PST on weekdays usually ship the same day — UPS Ground within the US, FedEx/DHL/UPS internationally (international duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility). Every gong is packed by the same people who selected it.
Returns. Unplayed items in original condition may be returned within 30 days (return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility; sale items and gongs played with friction mallets are final sale). The largest Wuhan Wind gong we stock, supplied with the heavy-gauge WU322A floor stand and a mallet.
At 28" the Wind gong keeps its characteristic instant attack but gains real weight behind it. The crash arrives all at once and opens into a wide, bright shimmer that carries across a room — brighter and faster than a Chau of the same diameter, and considerably more dramatic than the smaller Wind gongs.

USA Shipping
Orders usually ship Same Day when ordered before 1pm PST. However, shipping time can range between 24-48 hours of purchase, depending on the size of the order and stock quantity.
We use UPS Ground for orders in the US 48 contiguous states and ship M-F.
International Orders
We use Fedex, DHL, and UPS for International Orders, depending on which carrier has the most economical rates.
