Shipping. Orders placed before 1pm PST on weekdays usually ship the same day — UPS Ground within the US, FedEx/DHL/UPS internationally (international duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility). Every gong is packed by the same people who selected it.

Returns. Unplayed items in original condition may be returned within 30 days (return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility; sale items and gongs played with friction mallets are final sale). The Meinl Sonic Energy Sound Bath Tube Chimes deliver deep, sustained tones designed to fill a room — perfect for sound baths, group meditations, and immersive sound healing sessions. Each chime is precision-tuned and produces rich, lingering harmonics when struck. Available in three curated sets: 7-piece Chakra (chakra-aligned frequencies), 8-piece Master Set (broad therapeutic spread), and 9-piece Solfeggio (sacred frequencies).

Perfect for creating harmonious and relaxing sounds, the chimes can be played individually or combined to fill the room with soothing tones. Each chime comes with its own cover to prevent scratches during transport, and the package includes additional wooden holders so individual chimes can be removed from the large wooden stand and played separately among your listeners — ideal for creating an immersive surround sound experience. The large wooden stand disassembles into three parts and includes a shoulder strap for easy carrying. All other components — chimes, mallets, and holders — are easily stored in a soft bag, making transport and storage simple.
