Shipping & Returns
Shipping. Orders placed before 1pm PST on weekdays usually ship the same day — UPS Ground within the US, FedEx/DHL/UPS internationally (international duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility). Every gong is packed by the same people who selected it.
Returns. Unplayed items in original condition may be returned within 30 days (return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility; sale items and gongs played with friction mallets are final sale). Not sure it’s the right gong? Listen to our recorded audio samples, call us, or visit a showroom before you order — matching people with the right gong is what we do.
The Meinl Sonic Energy Sound Bath Tube Chime Set delivers immersive, resonant sound from eight precision-tuned aluminum tube chimes mounted on a portable ash-wood stand. Tuned to A4 = 440 Hz across a full C-major octave, the chimes can be played together for washing waves of sound or removed individually and carried among your listeners. Everything packs into the included bags for easy transport.

Orders usually ship Same Day when ordered before 1pm PST. However, shipping time can range between 24-48 hours of purchase, depending on the size of the order and stock quantity.
We use UPS Ground for orders in the US 48 contiguous states and ship M-F.
International Orders
We use Fedex, DHL, and UPS for International Orders, depending on which carrier has the most economical rates.
