Shipping & Returns
Shipping. Orders placed before 1pm PST on weekdays usually ship the same day — UPS Ground within the US, FedEx/DHL/UPS internationally (international duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility). Every gong is packed by the same people who selected it.
Returns. Unplayed items in original condition may be returned within 30 days (return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility; sale items and gongs played with friction mallets are final sale). The Meinl Sonic Energy Crystal Singing Bowl Chakra Set brings together seven white-frosted, high-purity quartz crystal singing bowls — one for each of the seven chakras — all tuned to A4 = 432 Hz. Each bowl produces a long-lasting, spherical tone and ships with a silicone ring for protection and optimal resonance. The set also includes two crystal silicone rods and a mallet, so you can start playing right away.
