The Meinl Binaural Therapy Tuning Forks are tuned to the five brainwave frequency states — Gamma, Beta, Alpha, Theta, and Delta. Used in pairs with a master tuning fork (128 Hz), they create binaural beats: when the two slightly different frequencies are heard together (one in each ear), the brain perceives a third frequency equal to the difference, helping to entrain specific mental states.
