Shipping & Returns
Shipping. Orders placed before 1pm PST on weekdays usually ship the same day — UPS Ground within the US, FedEx/DHL/UPS internationally (international duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility). Every gong is packed by the same people who selected it.
Returns. Unplayed items in original condition may be returned within 30 days (return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility; sale items and gongs played with friction mallets are final sale). Not sure it’s the right gong? Listen to our recorded audio samples, call us, or visit a showroom before you order — matching people with the right gong is what we do.
The E Gong Wand produces high overtones, ethereal sounds, and "whale" sounds from your gong by the friction created from pulling the mallet across the face of the gong.
The best way to use the E gong wand friction mallet is to place the "eye" side of the mallet against the gong and pull in a vertical, horizontal, or circular motion. You should hold the wand at the end and apply variant pressure to the gong as you pull the wand around the gong.
Experimentation is the key to opening up a whole new range of sounds from your gong with the E Gong Wand friction mallet.

USA Shipping
Orders usually ship Same Day when ordered before 1pm PST. However, shipping time can range between 24-48 hours of purchase, depending on the size of the order and stock quantity.
We use UPS Ground for orders in the US 48 contiguous states and ship M-F.
International Orders
We use Fedex, DHL, and UPS for International Orders, depending on which carrier has the most economical rates.
NOTE: our shipping prices for International Orders DO NOT include any duty or customs / brokerage fees the recipient country or the shipping carrier may charge.
