Shipping & Returns
Shipping. Orders placed before 1pm PST on weekdays usually ship the same day — UPS Ground within the US, FedEx/DHL/UPS internationally (international duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility). Every gong is packed by the same people who selected it.
Returns. Unplayed items in original condition may be returned within 30 days (return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility; sale items and gongs played with friction mallets are final sale). Not sure it’s the right gong? Listen to our recorded audio samples, call us, or visit a showroom before you order — matching people with the right gong is what we do.
The Dragonfly Polycarbonate Wand Small is engineered to produce a big, bold sound with a maximum spread of high and low overtones — the perfect complement to the warmer, softer sound of leather wands. The added mass from a steel ball brings out the fundamental tone, while the hard polycarbonate tube elicits bright highs and a full harmonic spectrum from smaller metal singing bowls.
The tubes have a similar tactile feel to a solid wooden wand, without the white-noise friction sound typical of wood. Hefty yet well-balanced, the Small features a foam grip to reduce hand fatigue during extended playing. Ideal for metal singing bowls sized 8 inches or less.

Orders usually ship Same Day when ordered before 1pm PST. However, shipping time can range between 24-48 hours of purchase, depending on the size of the order and stock quantity.
We use UPS Ground for orders in the US 48 contiguous states and ship M-F.
International Orders
We use Fedex, DHL, and UPS for International Orders, depending on which carrier has the most economical rates.
