Shipping & Returns
Shipping. Orders placed before 1pm PST on weekdays usually ship the same day — UPS Ground within the US, FedEx/DHL/UPS internationally (international duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility). Every gong is packed by the same people who selected it.
Returns. Unplayed items in original condition may be returned within 30 days (return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility; sale items and gongs played with friction mallets are final sale). Not sure it’s the right gong? Listen to our recorded audio samples, call us, or visit a showroom before you order — matching people with the right gong is what we do.
The Dragonfly Auster Mallet is a premium singing bowl mallet designed for both striking and singing crystal and metal singing bowls. Created in collaboration with renowned sound healer Sara Auster, this mallet features tightly stacked layers of suede on one side and a silicone disc on the other, with a hand-turned cork grip over a hollow aluminum tube for an ultra-lightweight feel.
The suede end delivers a clear, pristine tone when struck against the bowl wall — firm enough for quick response, yet soft enough for a warm, luscious sound that is safe for thin-walled crystal bowls. It also effortlessly sings bowls when rubbed along the lip or side. The silicone disc on the opposite end produces a silky, seamless sustained tone when rubbed along the bowl wall. The natural cork handle provides a comfortable, secure grip for extended playing sessions.

Orders usually ship Same Day when ordered before 1pm PST. However, shipping time can range between 24-48 hours of purchase, depending on the size of the order and stock quantity.
We use UPS Ground for orders in the US 48 contiguous states and ship M-F.
International Orders
We use Fedex, DHL, and UPS for International Orders, depending on which carrier has the most economical rates.
