Shipping & Returns
Shipping. Orders placed before 1pm PST on weekdays usually ship the same day — UPS Ground within the US, FedEx/DHL/UPS internationally (international duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility). Every gong is packed by the same people who selected it.
Returns. Unplayed items in original condition may be returned within 30 days (return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility; sale items and gongs played with friction mallets are final sale). The F1 small is a compact mallet that packs a surprising punch. This stick is incredibly versatile. It comfortably plays gongs as small as 18” and as large as 60”. It elicits an immediate response from the gong with a beautiful spread of high and low overtones. The low-profile disc shaped core is bolstered by two steel weights and is covered in a layer of soft felt and synthetic Sherpa. It is an easy-playing stick that is super maneuverable but still capable of a rich, full sound.
The Dragonfly Resonance Series RSF Gong Mallets are professional-grade Dragonfly gong mallets on hand-turned Padauk wood handles. The handles have a slight taper and a small knob on the bottom end. This design perfectly balances the heavy cores of each model. Each mallet is wrapped in high-quality synthetic Sherpa fleece. A removable eye bolt is threaded into the bottom of the stick and sports a color-coded hanging strap for easy identification of each mallet, the RSF Resonance Series represents the finest in Dragonfly Percussion craftsmanship.
Each RSF Resonance gong mallet features a slightly tapered handle with a small knob at the base — a design that perfectly counterbalances the mallet's weighted core for effortless control and powerful, sustained tone. Heads are wrapped in high-quality synthetic Sherpa fleece, delivering the warm, rich resonance that Dragonfly gong mallets are known for worldwide.
The RSF Series offers three models to suit your playing style and gong size: RSF1, RSF2, and RSF3 — each with a distinct weight and feel, color-coded with a removable hanging strap for instant identification and easy organization.

USA Shipping
Orders usually ship Same Day when ordered before 1pm PST. However, shipping time can range between 24-48 hours of purchase, depending on the size of the order and stock quantity.
We use UPS Ground for orders in the US 48 contiguous states and ship M-F.
International Orders
We use Fedex, DHL, and UPS for International Orders, depending on which carrier has the most economical rates.
NOTE: our shipping prices for International Orders DO NOT include any duty or customs / brokerage fees the recipient country or the shipping carrier may charge.
