Shipping & Returns
Shipping. Orders placed before 1pm PST on weekdays usually ship the same day — UPS Ground within the US, FedEx/DHL/UPS internationally (international duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility). Every gong is packed by the same people who selected it.
Returns. Unplayed items in original condition may be returned within 30 days (return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility; sale items and gongs played with friction mallets are final sale). The Dragonfly Mike Tamburo Medium gong mallet is a precision tool from the Mike Tamburo Series, built for close, nuanced gong playing. This Dragonfly gong mallet is constructed with a weighted wooden ball on a slim tapered maple handle (11/16" at the bottom, ½" at the top), wrapped in layers of thick felt, foam, and soft sherpa. The result is a mallet that responds beautifully at any tempo, producing a full spectrum of tonal clusters across the gong surface.
Ideal for drone work and faster tempo playing, the Dragonfly Mike Tamburo Medium gong mallet lets you explore layered tonal clusters with varying levels of force, tempo, and location on the instrument.

Orders usually ship Same Day when ordered before 1pm PST. However, shipping time can range between 24-48 hours of purchase, depending on the size of the order and stock quantity.
We use UPS Ground for orders in the US 48 contiguous states and ship M-F.
International Orders
We use Fedex, DHL, and UPS for International Orders, depending on which carrier has the most economical rates.
