The Vic Firth GB1 Gong Mallet features a turned maple handle, tapered for comfortable gripping and is offered with a fleece covered. Perfect for large gongs, tam tams, and Thai gongs.

A beautiful mallet for Crystanium Gongs

I am new to gongs and bought this large mallet for a 24" titanium Crystanium Gong. The tone of this mallet with that gong is gorgeous, deep and resonant and multi-layered. I know with practice I'll be hearing even more. The mallet is beautifully made and easy to handle.
