- All US Domestic orders are shipped via Fedex Ground unless you call and request expedited shipping. Please call us at 1-855-225-7372 if you are in need of expedited shipping as this shipping service is not offered on our website.
- International orders are usually shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail. If your order is physically too large for USPS dimension restrictions, we will use Fedex International or UPS Worldwide Expedited.
- Orders are processed within 2 business days and you will receive and email with a tracking number once your item has shipped.

- Not the exact gong your'e searching for? Or you want a larger or smaller gong? We want our customers to be completely satisfied with the gong or gong accessories they purchase, therefore we offer a 15-day return & exchange policy on all regularly stocked products. Returned items must be in like new condition, include all the original packaging, and show no major signs of use. TheGongShop.com will retains the right to inspect all returned items and will charge a 20% restocking fee for items that are not in like new condition. Unless an order was damaged on receipt, customer is resposible for all return shipping charges.

One you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. When you're order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email along with a tracking #. Most orders are processed within 2 business days.

All prices shown on The Gong Shop website are in US Dollar (US$) and sales tax is added for California residents only. Due to the rising costs of the raw materials used to make our gongs and gong accessories, prices may change and at anytime.
Although we try our best to ensure all of our prices to be displayed accurately, errors sometimes occur. If we discover an error in the price of an item you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible. You may choose to reconfirm the order or cancel it.
Promotion
TheGongShop.com occasionally offers additional discounts through product sales or promotions. Please note that we reserve the right to withdraw any promotional discount or sale at anytime.

To view or edit your order, visit The Gong Shop website and login with your user account and password. Through your account, you can check order status, track shipment, edit shipping and billing information, and print an invoice.

Every change made to your account requires a reconfirmation that will be sent to you via email. If you do not receive the personal account data modification confirmation email, please check to make sure your email address is correct and also check your spam folder.
